Rude customer service. If you make the drinks for delivery orders let in store customers know before they wait 25’ for the drinks. How long does it take for a drink? How long does it take for 16 drinks? And made ma wait 25’ with no notifications. They even said they didn’t see our order. There were no apologies whatsoever. You have reviewed the orders and camera? Post the clip. You must not have a zoom button. They were telling us out of cups in a rude way. A teahouse with no cups? But anyways this bad review was because it was one thing led to another and no corrections has been made. Even after you reviewed it. Thanks for the reply

I used to be a frequent customer at this boba shop and genuinely enjoyed coming here, which is why it’s so disappointing to leave this review. Unfortunately, I have now had multiple negative experiences, and this latest visit was completely unacceptable. We ordered two different drinks and, after getting home and starting to drink them, discovered serious food safety issues. One drink contained what appeared to be FIBER from a STEEL scrub pad, and my drink had a small ROACH inside it that I found while eating the lychee. Finding this in beverages is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I continued supporting this business even after several past order mistakes because I understand that errors can happen. However, after experiencing repeated issues along with this level of negligence it’s not acceptable anymore. This place needs to work on both food safety standards and on their employees manners. This used to be one of my favorite places, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

I recently had a concerning experience at a boba shop where the owner appeared unprofessional. On my last visit, a younger female employee greeted me with visible irritation, as if I had caused her inconvenience. When I inquired about the menu, she responded with a dismissive tone, rolling her eyes after I asked about a dessert item displayed on the counter. Her reaction was unprofessional and unwelcoming, and I felt it reflected poorly on the overall service provided.Don't I ever call me uncle again And y'all serious got attitude problem, just like you're owner

The fruit teas and stormys are amazing. The teas and the matcha is extremely fresh great portion with the different sizes offer and the waffles are amazing

This has been our go-to spot for boba tea, but recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On 12/31/2025, there were visible conflicts between employees, and they were openly rude to one another. This behavior was very unprofessional and caused significant delays we waited over 30 minutes just to receive our drinks. We decided to give the place another chance and returned on 01/04/2026 to order our usual drinks. Unfortunately, we discovered a metal piece inside our boba, which is extremely dangerous. This raises serious concerns about food safety someone could easily chew or swallow it and get injured.On top of that, my cousin had stomach pain after drinking the tea. Finding foreign objects in food or drinks is unacceptable. Combined with the unprofessional staff behavior and long wait times, this experience has completely changed how we feel about this place. Management needs to address both employee conduct and quality control immediately.
